By accessing this website hosted on Zenler.com and operated by Online Business Management & Strategies, LLC, doing business as Visionary Activation Co. and owned by Danielle Uhl (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”), all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You may not use any such content in a manner that infringes our rights or the rights of others.  As an Instructor, you represent, warrant, and covenant that no submitted content shall infringe or misappropriate any intellectual property right of a third party. If an instructor uses HEVC compression, it is the instructor’s responsibility to pay the royalties to MPEG‑LA, the owner of HEVC patents, as appropriate.  

Disclaimer
The materials on the Company’s website are provided “as is”. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the Company does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.  

All information provided in all materials is developed through research and creatively designed from our education, experiences, and research, and is meant to help you in your life and business. Digital products, programs, and coaching – refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, online programs, and coaching services, by making a purchase you agree that all purchases are non‑refundable and non‑transferable. Once your payment is processed, the product, program, or service access is yours. Where required by law in your jurisdiction, exceptions may apply in cases of defective products or where the product is not as described. Any such requests will be handled on a case‑by‑case basis in our sole discretion.
